Make the Connection is a website launched by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as part of their effort to support veterans' mental health. The website provides resources and information aimed at helping veterans understand and cope with mental health challenges, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) REACH Program, which stands for "Recovery Engagement and Coordination for Health - Veterans Enhanced Treatment," aims to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health care for veterans.

The REACH Program website provides countless resources, sorted by category, to provide veterans with assistance in all aspects of their lives including but not limited to: careers, education, mental and physical health, finances, relationships, and substance abuse. It also includes links to the Veterans Crisis Line. 

Resources are also available for friends and families and there is  information included on how to spread the word and overcome the stigmas associated with veterans being nervous or afraid to ask for help.
